We strongly recommend you make a reservation prior to coming. We are just as disappointed to tell you we are fully booked as you are disappointed to leave our driveway without an adrenaline-filled experience. Make your reservation quickly and easily online or give us a call at (603) 367-4427. It only takes a couple of clicks.

We encourage you to reference the specific park web page you are interested in visiting for the most detailed days and hours of operation. You can also use our Book Now buttons to see if the time you are interested in reserving is available.

At all of our parks, we are using Edelrid’s Smart Belay. The Smart Belay replaces the traditional lobster claws used at many other parks. We have chosen to use the Smart Belay because these units eliminate the possibility of accidentally unclipping! With Smart Belays, you cannot remove both of your clips at the same time, ensuring that you are ALWAYS connected to a belay cable while off the ground.

You should wear something suitable for climbing that allows freedom of movement. You must wear closed-toed and closed-heeled shoes, such as sneakers or boots. Have you ever seen a monkey in flip-flops or sandals? You certainly won’t at Monkey Trunks!

Course staff will be positioned throughout the courses and will assist you as needed. Similar to a lifeguard, we do not guide you through the whole course, but we will not leave you hanging when in need!

We always encourage people to challenge themselves, but to stay within their limits. Our courses get progressively more challenging the farther you go and the higher you get. If you get stuck and cannot physically go on, we have a couple tricks up our sleeves to get you down so there’s no need to worry.

If you go through Ground School and get up on the course to the first challenge and decide this may not be for you, we will refund your admission minus $10. However, once you begin the course, you will not be offered a refund.

All participants must be able to stand flat-footed with arms extended above their head. They must be able to reach 5’9”. Children who can reach 5’4” may participate on the courses as long as they are accompanied by an adult (18 years or older). On the Adventure course, if you are able to reach above 4ft you can use the course accompanied by two chaperones. Smaller monkeys can also enjoy our Kids’ Adventure Playground.

The course weight limit is 250lbs.

The only time we stop monkeying is when there is thunder and lightning. A little rain won’t hurt you! If you have any doubts whether or not we are open, please just contact us.

Yes, all participants will be required to sign a Waiver before they zip. Any participant under 18 years of age will need to have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. These can be signed at the park.

Non-participants are welcome to watch from the seating areas around the park. You are not allowed underneath the course for your protection; you never know when something could fall out of a monkeys’ pocket. Parents are allowed on the ground in the kids’ courses.

Kids who are able to reach 48″ and are daring enough to climb on the Adventure Course will be allowed to climb with TWO adults (15 years or older). We require that the adults “sandwich” the little one between them to assist them moving through the course and transferring their clips. Once they can reach 5’4″, only one adult is needed to assist. For those intimidated by the Adventure Course, we still have the Kids Course to work up your courage!

Yes – we have smaller scale course for our littlest monkeys. The kids course platforms are approx 6ft off the ground. They each have 6-8 challenges, all with an 80ft zipline at the finish! All kids course participants must be able to reach 4ft (48”) standing with their arms over the head and be at least 5 years old. When children can reach 5’4”, they have outgrown the children’s course and are able to use the adult course accompanied by someone who can reach 5’9”.
Kids must also pass a Ground School safety class in order to go on the course. Adults are not allowed on the course, but are welcome to stay on the ground for encouragement and pictures! Parents must remain on the property while their children are using the course. The price for the Kids Course is $19. There is no time limit and participants average 1 hour on the course.

While using our courses, you must use the harnesses and helmets we provide.
